11:00 AM     Warm welcome from your retreat organizers and lunch 

(Attendees can bring their luggage to the conference room to store until check-in)

 

12:30 PM    Organizer-led courses, breakout sessions and hot topic discussions

 

4:00 PM    Hotel check-in

 

5:30 PM    Evening outdoor lifestyle sessions

(Two styled sessions will take place simultaneously. One led by Natalie; one led by Nicole. 

Attendees will be split into two groups so they have ample shooting opportunities.)

 

8:00 PM    Dinner back at hotel immediately following

7:45 AM    Primal Vinyasa Movement Class

 

9:00 AM    Breakfast 

 

10:15 AM    Indoor newborn natural light styled session led by Jess (Attendees Group 1)

 

11:15 AM    Indoor newborn natural light styled session led by Jess (Attendees Group 2)

(during off hour, attendees can have personal time, visit spa, or enjoy scheduled massage)

 

12:30 PM    Lunch and organizer-led course or hot topic discussion

 

1:30–3:30 PM     Down time! 

Attendees have an opportunity to visit the spa, gather with friends, go for a hike or enjoy a 

scheduled massage)

 

3:30-5:00 PM     Editing workshop and Q&A (edit alongside the organizers)
